This is a huge mod, which, instead of adding new content to the game, focuses on adding new gameplay mechanics and completely remaking existing ones.
It remakes melee, ranged and magic combat, adds seasons, dodgerolls, block climbing, walljumps, wallrolls, atmospheric sounds & footsteps, emotes, a weakness & resistance system, makes gore ridiculously enjoyable, adds blood on tiles, a fire and an electricity systems, makes everything more interactive, enhances enemy ai, completely remakes player rendering, makes trees fall like in starbound, and does a thousand more things i can't even memorize.
Believe me, it's colossal.

Every Track has it's own music box of course, with Terraria-like sprites - and the vanilla music boxes have been reworked, just so everything fits better together.
One new NPC is added with this mod. The Lonely Vendor, they sell each mod- and vanilla music box for 1 platinum each, because honestly, I want to make sure you get to hear every theme; that's why I made them after all.
DISCLAIMER: I lied about not replacing themes. Three themes are replaced by default but can be toggled off. These three are:

Boss 3 doesn't fit the bosses' atmosphere and underground Crimson is hardly music.
The reason I replaced underground corruption is that, in my opinion, it doesn't fit the zone at all. It's 90% the happy underground theme and slips into corruption occasionally; doesn't feel right. I tried to retain the spirit of the theme, so I made a sort of evil remaster of the underground theme.

The one way you will know the Stalker is near you is a heartbeat. Your heartbeat links to the Stalker. The faster your heartbeat gets, the closer you are.
Another thing: Heartrate is now an important factor in the mod.
If your heartrate goes above 240, you die.
Some extra spooky things like ambience have been added!
In the forest you can hear crickets, owls, and eerie winds.
At the ocean, you can hear crashing waves, which are loud.
In the snow, you can hear faint snowfall.
A NOTE TO ALL: This is intended for SINGLE PLAYER GAMEPLAY.
There are no plans to make this multiplayer compatible, and as a result, I have prevented ALL loading into MP servers.
